MCF Fun Fund Application

Take your event to the next level

Created in 2023 and renewed for 2024 is the MCF promoters fun fund. The goal of the program is to provide race organizers with extra funding to provide a special or unique experience for their participants. Guidelines for the fun fund usage:

  • Fun fund must be used for things other than typical race expenses, such as permits, timing, etc.

  • Applicants must apply for and be approved for the reimbursement.

  • Maximum value is $300.

  • Applications must be for 2024 races, and may be past or future races.

  • Save your receipts for reimbursement!
